Sing and Trace ABC is an interactive, multi-touch eBook, that musically introduces the sounds and shapes of the letters of the alphabet.
Introduction
Sing and Trace ABC was created by Raleigh Green, an author, educator, web developer, and musician, and his mother, Linda Green, a former Montessori teacher.
When Linda's grandson was born, she began her search for the perfect ABC book. Not finding what she wanted, she made her own book using Montessori principles, vivid drawings, and traceable letters - much to her grandson's delight.
On the heels of the book's instant household success, Linda and Raleigh made a YouTube video featuring Linda tracing the letters while singing the alphabet song: www.youtube.com/readwritemath. With over 100,000 views, the success of the video prompted the mother-son team to create this eBook - Sing and Trace ABC.
